What it is
OLT Manager
Neurix by i9 Network talks to your OLTs over SNMP and the CLI so your team does not have to. When an installer connects a new ONT, it is registered and bound to the right subscriber. When an ONT fails, support replaces it from the subscriber's page and the new serial takes over the old service. Traps from the OLT show up as alarms straight away.

Which OLTs can Neurix manage?
Huawei MA5600T, MA5603T, MA5608T, MA5680T and MA5683T, and V-SOL V1600G, for registration, replacement and monitoring. ZTE and C-Data OLTs are covered for monitoring through Neurix NMS.
Do our engineers still need to use the OLT CLI?
Not for everyday installs and ONT swaps. Those run from the field app and the subscriber page. Your engineers keep full access for anything unusual.
What happens when an ONT is replaced?
The new serial is bound to the same subscriber and the service profile moves across, so the customer keeps the same plan and settings.
Does it work with the TR-069 ACS?
Yes. After the OLT side is done, the ONT picks up its Wi-Fi and device settings from the Neurix TR-069 ACS.
