1. Who this policy applies to
I9INIT LABS PRIVATE LIMITED (operating as i9 Network) provides Neurix and operates https://i9network.com. This Policy explains how we handle personal data relating to website visitors, business contacts, prospective and current customers, authorised users and people who contact us.
A customer may separately control personal data entered into Neurix. In that situation, the customer determines why the data is processed and i9 Network processes it under the customer agreement and any applicable data-processing terms.
2. Data we collect
Depending on the interaction, we may collect:
- identity and business data, such as name, organisation, role and authorised-user details;
- contact data, such as business email address, telephone number and correspondence;
- commercial data, such as product interests, proposal, Order, subscription, invoice and support history;
- payment metadata, such as payment status, amount, currency, gateway transaction reference and refund status;
- technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser, device, log, security and website interaction data; and
- information voluntarily supplied in forms, demonstrations, onboarding or support requests.
Payment credentials are entered on the authorised payment gateway’s secure interface. We do not intend to receive or store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, banking passwords or OTPs.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to respond to enquiries; prepare proposals and Orders; provide demonstrations, onboarding, services and support; authenticate and administer accounts; process and reconcile payments and refunds; issue invoices; protect the website and services; prevent fraud; comply with law; maintain records; improve our products; and send requested or permitted business communications.
4. Legal grounds and consent
We process data where necessary to take steps requested before a contract, perform a contract, comply with law, protect systems and users, pursue legitimate business purposes that do not override individual rights, or where valid consent has been given. Where processing relies on consent, it may be withdrawn through the contact below without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Payment processing
When a customer pays electronically, an authorised payment gateway processes the payment information under its own privacy and security terms. We receive only the information needed to identify the transaction, confirm its status, reconcile the invoice, handle a refund and respond to a dispute. We do not sell personal data or payment information.
6. Sharing and service providers
We may share data with personnel who need it; hosting, email, analytics, customer-support, professional-adviser and security providers; payment gateways, banks and payment networks; implementation partners authorised for a customer engagement; and regulators, courts or law-enforcement authorities where legally required. Providers are expected to use the data only for the contracted purpose and protect it appropriately.
We may disclose relevant information in a genuine merger, acquisition, financing or business reorganisation subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
7. Cookies and analytics
Essential browser storage may be used for security, language and interface preferences. If analytics is enabled, it helps us understand aggregated website usage such as page visits, device type and referral source. Browser controls can restrict cookies, although some preferences may then be unavailable. We do not use website analytics to collect payment credentials.
8. Retention
We retain data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including the customer relationship, support, security, tax, accounting, dispute and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. When data is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymised or securely isolated unless continued retention is legally required.
9. Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical and organisational controls designed to protect data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Where data is processed outside the person’s country, we use contractual, technical or other lawful safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, a person may request information about processing; correction or completion of inaccurate data; deletion; withdrawal of consent; restriction or objection; and grievance redressal. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting on a request. A customer’s authorised users should normally submit service-data requests through their organisation, which controls that data.
11. Children
The website and Neurix are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal data through this website.
12. Privacy requests and grievances
Send a privacy request or grievance to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. Include enough information to identify the relevant interaction, but do not email passwords, payment credentials or government identity documents unless we specifically request them through an approved secure channel.
We will acknowledge and investigate requests within a reasonable period and provide escalation information if a matter cannot be resolved through the first response.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate service or business channel.
