What is included in the free tier?
The Neurix software tier includes all core platform capabilities for up to 100 subscribers. Any separately requested implementation, migration, dedicated infrastructure, third-party services or premium support is identified before work begins.
How is paid pricing determined?
Beyond 100 subscribers, we shape each proposal around the selected products, operational scale, deployment model, integrations and implementation requirements.
Can we begin with one product area?
Yes. An ISP, telecom operator or enterprise can begin with the workflow that matters most and plan how adjacent capabilities connect over time.
Are deployment and migration included?
Cloud, hybrid and private deployment, data migration and integration work are reviewed explicitly so responsibilities and commercial scope are clear.
Is enterprise scope different from carrier scope?
Usually. Subscriber scale, managed sites, access policies, telemetry, regulatory needs and support coverage are assessed for the environment you actually operate.
How is paid pricing confirmed?
We do not publish a general rate card. Before any payment, your written proposal, order form or invoice states the final amount, currency, applicable taxes, billing frequency, subscription term, one-time charges and renewal terms.
