About i9 Network
We build the system we wished Indian ISPs already had.
i9 Network is the operating brand of I9INIT LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, based in Ghaziabad. We build Neurix for Indian broadband ISPs who are tired of running billing, RADIUS, the OLT, tickets and compliance in five different places.
Why we built it
An ISP should not need five tools to add one customer.
Most operators we meet keep billing in one system, RADIUS in another, the OLT on a terminal and tickets on WhatsApp. Neurix puts them on one subscriber record, with the GST and DoT work India adds on top.
We start from the operator's day
The 2am fibre cut, the payment that did not reactivate a line, the agency asking who had an IP. We build for those moments first.
One record, not five tools
Billing, RADIUS, the OLT, tickets and the installer app share one subscriber record, so nobody types the same customer twice.
Honest about what it does
If Neurix does not do something yet, we say so. You will not find a feature on this site that we cannot show you.
